Our journey began from our passion for dough: the techniques, the aromas and the slow fermentation processes. The path brought us in Italy in an effort to learn the secrets of Napolitan pizza.
We eventually combined the techniques of peynirli (read about its history below) with those of Italian pizza. The result is a combination of crunchy crust that is still juicy inside!
All of our products are prepared and cooked live so that you can enjoy a fresh doughfull of aromas. The preparation takes only few minutes as peynirli and pizza are baked on hot stone oven. We have put great effort to carefully select all of the ingredients and we selected the best producers from Greece and abroad.

HISTORY OF PEINIRLI
Peynirli - beloved by the Greeks - was firstly brought to the country almost 100 years ago. Some of the Greeks of the Black Sea (Pontus) settled in Athens -after the exchange population between Turkey and Greece - bringing along their culinary traditions. Peynirli” originates from the Turkish word “peynir”, which means cheese.
